Gray and black

I am so tired of the snow and its still months away from Spring. I take comfort in enjoying the small things in my life, like a sunday free off everything. Today I am meeting up with some friends and just relaxing before another hectic week. I am a huge fan of simplicity these days, and gray and black is a great color combination. I got these boots on loan for a competition at minMote, so we took these shots outside yesterday. I think they are pretty cool. In the studio

For a couple of Saturdays I am judging the outfits for the MGP-Norwegian (Eurovision Song Contest) finalist here in Norway with our MGP-expert Jostein Pedersen. You can check it out here. Its so much fun and we are having a great time! On Saturday I decided to wear my vintage sequined jacket that I picked up in New York and my new jeans from Made In Heaven. I know a lot of celebs love them, and its easy to see why. My jeans are called The Oslo Jean (isnt that funny?), and are my new favorite jeans of the moment.

LA Suburbia

It is still cold here, but wanted to share some more photos from our last trip to LA. As you might have guessed, I think fashion should be fun, hence the last picture. These pictures was taken at my good friends house (Love ya, Elissa!) in LA suburbia. I am wearing two of my recents buys, the H&M faux fur coat and the aldo leopard boots. Fun times!

Still cold

Its just freezing in Oslo. On friday I was in such a rush that I left the house in jeans and ended up with frost bites on my legs. Of course I got sick, so the whole weekend has been spent inside just relaxing and trying to get better. They say the worst of the cold is over, but its still freezing and the temperature have not changed that much yet. I do hope that it gets better soon, its such a challenge to look good when its that cold. Well, at least I will never go out without wool tights in this weather again. Staying inside today, its simply to cold to be outside. At least I get to shop online and prepare my spring wardrobe while I dream of warmer weather.

Freezing

It is freezing in Norway right now, and its going to be even colder tomorrow. They say it will drop under -20/-4 farenheit, which is freezing cold. So, its safe to say that we have to pull out the layers. I am so happy my husband talked me into buying this faux fur jacket in NY, its so warm and cosy. I am one of those people who always freeze, but this jacket keeps me warm. I also got a new handbag that I am very excited about, perfect cognac color for spring.

Happy New Year

Hope you all had a wonderful time! I was up untill 4 am having lots of fun with friends. My camera broke down, but these are my dancing shoes for the night. Loved the fireworks, but it was so cold we only managed 10 minutes in the freezing snow before we headed back into the party. Thank you all for your support in 2009, I am so happy to be part of such an amazing community. Wish you all the best for the new year!
